The memorandum was submitted at the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) this afternoon collectively by all RWAs of Vikaspuri area.
"It is a two-page memorandum through which the RWAs demanded unbiased investigation into the case and also the arrest of all the accused involved in the brutal act," Delhi BJP General Secretary Ashish Sood said.
He further said, "We also asked police to control gambling and other illegal activities which takes place at the Indira Camp 4 area here, where the accused persons live."
Narang was dragged out of his Vikaspuri house late on March 23 night and beaten to death with bats, iron rods and hockey sticks by a group of 12 people.
The incident took place when Narang was playing cricket with his eight-year-old son and a nephew in a small space outside his house when the ball allegedly hit two men who were passing by on a motorcycle.
Nine persons including a woman and four juveniles have been arrested by the police.
