The 41-year-old actor shared the news on Twitter and said that he has bought the ownership stake in the company.
"In the long and in no way disastrous marriage of showbiz and alcohol, so happy to announce I'm the proud owner of a gin company Aviation Gin, Reynolds wrote.
The company also tweeted about the news, welcoming their new owner who is an "actor, producer, (and) professional good-looking person".
In a statement obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, the actor said he loved the gin produced by the company and wanted to get involved in some capacity.
Reynolds will be next seen in "Deadpool 2" that marks the return of the foul-mouthed superhero with Josh Brolin playing the role of Cable. The superhero sequel also stars "Atlanta" breakout star Zazie Beetz as the mutant mercenary Domino.
