The actor, best known for his role as Jason Grimshaw on the ITV soap, spent a night in a police cell following an alleged incident in a Lake District pub at the weekend, according to Digital Spy.
It's thought that police were called to the Wheelhouse Club and Lounge in Bowness-on-Windermere in the early hours of Sunday morning (October 25) after Thomas was involved in a row in the pub's toilets.
The 31-year-old actor, who was on a weekend away with a group of friends, was hauled off to a police station and later fined 90 pounds.
When Eva and Jason talk about their past, Jason quickly turns on Eva when she calls him a softie
Thomas is one of Coronation Street's most recognisable faces after playing Jason since 2000.
He announced earlier this month that he will be leaving Coronation Street next year, with an exciting exit plot for Jason expected to air in the summer.
