S Korea warns of possible N Korean assassination squads

South Korea warned today of possible assassination attempts and other provocations from North Korea in response to recent high-profile defections.
"It is highly likely that North Korea will make various attempts to prevent further defections and unrest among its people," an official at Seoul's unification ministry said, citing possible attempts to assassinate human rights activists and defectors in the South.
