The 44-year-old British actress welcomed her newborn with partner and TV producer Alison Balian, reported E! News.
The couple has named their baby girl Daisy Alice Winnie Balian-Burrows.
The "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" star had revealed in September last year that she was expecting, when she walked a red carpet in New York City.
Burrows and Balian also have a son who was born in 2012 and married each other in the year 2011.
The couple has kept a low profile when it comes to their family in recent years.
