Sahara employee commits suicide in UP

An employee of Sahara India Pariwar today committed suicide by jumping from the office building in Kapoorthala area here, police said.
50-year-old Pradeep Mandal, who was working as Manager in Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited, jumped from the eight or ninth floor of the building, Aliganj Police station in-charge Shayam Babu Shukla told PTI.
The victim was stated to be disturbed reportedly due to non payment of salary.
Mandal lived in Sahara estate in Jankipuram area here, Shukla said, adding the exact cause of suicide could not be ascertained yet.
