"We have filed a 150-page final investigation report," said special public prosecutor Deepak Salvi.
The report was submitted in a sealed cover and will come up for hearing in due course of time.
Earlier, the designated TADA Judge G A Sanap had directed Thane police to conduct an inquiry into the news item saying that the extradited gangster married the girl over phone in January while he was being escorted to Lucknow on train for a court hearing.
However, Salem had dismissed the report as baseless and a rumour.
Salem, an accused in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, was extradited from Portugal on November 11, 2005, after a prolonged legal battle.
The Supreme Court of Portugal had last year dismissed an appeal of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) which had challenged termination of his extradition.
