A salesman of Suruchi Foods Limited was on his way to Noida and was carrying a bag containing Rs 14 lakh when he was stopped by bike-borne men last night, said a senior police officer.
They snatched the bag from him at gunpoint and fled from the spot, he added.
Police don't have much of a clue about the robbers since there were no CCTV cameras installed at the place of the incident, he said.
They are probing whether someone privy to the fact that the salesman was carrying Rs 14 lakh could be involved, he said.
