Salma Hayek reluctant to let her daughter use social media

Actress Salma Hayek says she is under pressure to let her seven-year-old daughter Valentina use social media.
According to Us Magazine, the 48-year-old actress, is reluctant to let the youngster create profiles on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter because she thinks it will make her grow up too quickly.
"It is a whole new world. I am trying to stay away from it as long as I can, but there is pressure because all of the other girls are getting phones, and they all want what the other has in school. They do not feel like they are part of the gang if they do not have the same apps.

"She wants deadlines for everything, 'When do I get a phone?' When do I get to wear make-up? When do I...?' I'm like, jeez! I beg her to stop and just enjoy what she can do now." the "Tale of Tales" star said.
