Sarpanch booked for raping woman

In her complaint, the woman alleged that the sarpanch of Pashalla Tipri area entered her house last evening and allegedly raped her, police said.

She also alleged that two of the accomplices of the village head also assaulted her today.

All the three have been booked and a hunt was on to trace them, police said.
