Announcing the squad here today, the Secretary of Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA), Rajesh Verma said Ishank Jaggi has been named Vice-captain.
Jharkhand will launch its campaign against Tripura on November 9, he said adding that the team members have been directed to report at JSCA International Cricket Stadium, Ranchi on October 27 to attend the coaching camp.
