Humid weather conditions persisted in the national capital today even as scattered rainfall in parts of the city failed to bring down the mercury level.

Traffic jams were reported due to water-logging in areas including Dhaula Kuan, Ashram, Nehru Place, Panchsheel, Mahipalpur near the Indira Gandhi International airport and ITO junction, according to Delhi Traffic police.
The vehicular movement was slow in Amar Colony, Okhla, Wazirabad areas and on NH8.

The humidity levels oscillated between 69 and 95 per cent.
The MeT office has forecast a generally cloudy sky along with the possibility of rains in many areas tomorrow.
