Chairman of the Commission Rajesh Bagha said the Dalit students of 10th and 12th standard were allegedly discriminated against in the matter pertaining to income limit.
He said no examination fees was levied on them during previous years.
In a release, he said the "infringement" with the rights of SC students would not be allowed because they are enshrined in the regulations and constitutional norms.
