Additional District and Sessions judge Vimlesh Tanwar pronounced the sentence on driver Jasdev and imposed a fine of Rs 6,000 on him.
According to the prosecution, the father of the girl had filed a complaint with police that on July 25 last year he and other family members were away from home and his daughter was alone in the house.
In the meantime, the driver of school bus Jasdev reached there. He abducted the girl by luring her and raped her.
Police had registered a case under Section 302 of IPC and relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act against him.
