The victim, Kuldeep Kashyap (16) was attacked yesterday when he was returning from school in the village under Babri police station, they said.
Irate villagers later blocked the Babri-Thana Bhawan road for hours and demanded action against the accused, police said, adding old enmity is being suspected as the motive behind the incident.
The villagers also refused to give the victim's body but only after police intervened they handed it over for post-mortem.
A case has been registered against one Arvind and his son Shrikant in this connection, police said, adding that the duo was absconding.
