Scorching morning in Delhi

It was a scorching morning in Delhi with the minimum temperature settling at 27.2 degrees Celsius even as the weatherman has predicted light rains or thundershowers in later part of the day.
The humidity level was recorded at 53 per cent at 8.30 PM, a MeT official said.
"Later in the day, the sky will turn partly cloudy leading to one or two spells of light rain or thundershowers" the official added.
The maximum temperature is expected to settle at 39 degree Celsius.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 38.2 degrees Celsius while the minimum settled at 25.6 degrees Celsius.
