The five workers were hired to sort out materials at the scrap godown when the roof caved in over them at around 11 am, police said.
The Delhi Fire Service personnel along with police and other agencies conducted rescue operation and took them out.
The five were taken to GTB Hospital where the doctors declared Rajender Kumar brought dead.
Rohtas (50), Sita (42), Satya Dev and Bunny (both 40) were admitted to the hospital, said a police officer.
The police said the roof of the godwon was weak and it was loaded with junk items including iron pieces.
Godowon owner Naresh Kumar is nephew of the deceased.
