Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been crowned the hip-hop cash king, topping a new list of the world's highest-paid rap stars.
Forbes magazine has listed the Bad Boy Records boss at number one on the poll with estimating earnings of USD 60 million over the past year, reported Los Angeles Times.
45-year-old Combs' empire spans multiple platforms outside of music, including clothing, his TV network Revolt, and Ciroc vodka.
He edged out hip-hop mogul Jay Z at number two. The Roc Nation founder raked in an estimated USD 56 million thanks to his various music and business ventures.
Canadian star Drake came in at three with USD 39.5 million, ahead of last year's (14) top earner, Dr Dre.
The superproducer fell three notches to four with USD 33 million, a far cry from the whopping USD 620 million he made in 2014, largely in thanks to Apple's Beats By Dre buy-out.
Pharrell Williams rounded out the top five of the 2015 list with USD 32 million.
