Bihar government had put in place elaborate security measures for Modi's visits ahead of general elections last year ever since his rally at Gandhi Maidan on October 27, 2013, was rocked by the terror attack that had left eight persons dead and over 80 others were injured.
An estimated seven lakh people from the district and adjoining areas would attend Modi's rally on Saturday, Muzaffarpur Town BJP MLA Suresh Sharma claimed.
