Traders said sluggish demand from consuming industries and a reports of a weakening global trend mainly weighted on select base metal prices.
In the national capital, Zinc ingot, lead ingot and lead imported slipped by Rs 2 each to Rs 111-117, Rs 107 and Rs 105 per kg respectively. Copper mixed scrap and nickel (4x4) also traded lower by the same margin to Rs 428 and Rs 1,084-1,090 per kg respectively.
