Select copra advances further on consistent demand

Copra office alapuzha, copra office kozhikode and copra edible Mumbai prices advanced further at the spices market here following consistent demand from stockists and traders amid good export offtake.
Meanwhile, rest of the spices ruled steady in the absence of any large scale buying.
Copra edible Mumbai moved up by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 9,800 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 9,700.
Copra office Alapuzha rose by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 8,100 as compared to Rs 8,000 and copra office kozhikode climbed up by Rs 200 per quintal to Rs 8,000 as against Rs 7,800 yesterday.
