Select copra advances on consistent demand

Select copra prices advanced at the spices market here today on heavy buying amid consistent demand from stockists and retailers.
Meanwhile, rest all other prices held steady in the absence of any major buying.
Copra rajapur Mumbai climbed by Rs 400 per quintal to Rs 10,000 from Thursday's close Rs 9,600 and copra edible mumbai firmed up by Rs 200 per quintal to Rs 7,600 as against Rs 7,400 yesterday.
