Select copra firms up consistent demand

Copra office Alapuzha, copra office Kozhikode and copra edible Mumbai prices firmed up further at the spices market here today due to consistent demand from stockists and retailers.
While, black pepper, ginger and copra Rajapur ruled stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying.
Copra edible Mumbai rose by Rs 300 per quintal to Rs 13,000 from Monday's closing level of Rs 12,700.
Copra office Alapuzha and Copra office Kozhikode climbed by Rs 100 per quintal each to Rs 9,200 and Rs 9,100 as against Rs 9,100 and Rs 9,000 yesterday.
