Select copra slips on subdued demand

Copra Office Alapuzha prices slipped further at spices market here today due to reduced offtake from stockists and retailers.
While, Copra edible prices recovered on renewed domestic buying.
Black pepper, ginger bleached and unbleached continued to maintained stable trend in the absence of any worthwhile buying.
Copra office Alapuzha declined by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 8,000 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 8,100.
However, Copra edible moved up by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 9,600 as against Rs 9,500 previously.
