Meanwhile, copra office Alapuzha and copra office Kozhikode declined owing to poor demand from millers and reduced export offtake.
Copra edible Mumbai shot up by Rs 800 per quintal to Rs 14,000 from last Wednesday's closing level of Rs 13,200 and copra rajapur Mumbai climbed by Rs 500 Rs 23,000 from Rs 22,500 previously.
However, Copra official Alapuzha and copra office Kozhikode fell by Rs 200 per quintal each to Rs 10,600 and Rs 10,500 as against Rs 10,800 and Rs 10,700 respectively.
