Select grains slide on reduced offtake

Prices of select grains drifted by upto Rs 30 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today due to reduced offtake by consuming industries.
Traders said besides reduced offtake by consuming industries, ample stocks position mainly led to the decline in select grains prices.
In the national capital, bajra and maize fell by Rs 30 each to Rs 1,430-1,440 and Rs 1,580-1,590 per quintal, respectively.
