The 25-year-old woman, working as Manager, claimed on Tuesday that company Vice President G Krishnan (38) called her in his room and started teasing her.
When she protested he tried to pull her, she claimed.
She said she managed to come out of his office room and informed colleagues. She lodged a complaint to Sector 20 police station.
Senior police officers transferred the complaint to Women Police Station whose incharge, after conducting an initial investigation, arrested Krishnan last night, police said.
The accused senior officer, however, denied the allegations and claimed a false complaint was lodged by the female employee.
