AICC general secretary Gurudas Kamat today said senior Congress leaders should have better coordination if the party wants to win the upcoming Assembly elections.
"If senior leaders have a better coordination then it would be possible to win the Assembly polls," Kamat who is party's in-charge of Rajasthan affairs told reporters here.
"There might be some minor dissension among party workers and leaders and we will try to solve them in next two or three meetings.
"Congress government led by Ashok Gehlot is doing great...There are difference of opinions or anti-incumbency factor regarding some elected MLAs or ministers of the Gehlot government...It would be looked into before the polls," he said.
To defeat BJP, PCC has to work hard at block level, Kamat said, adding that the party will soon decide on "one man, one post" formula.
When reminded of his last visit to the PCC when party working committee member CP Joshi had advised Gehlot that the latter should take everybody along to retain power, Kamat said, "There was some misunderstanding, but it is resolved now."
Joshi had participated in the last meeting here when Kamat was present and told the PCC executive meeting that Gehlot will have to shed his "reservations" and take every one along to face the upcoming Assembly polls.
