Separatists claim Mathai's statement not based on facts

"The statement of Mathai is beyond reality and based on mischief. Mathai needs to revisit history as he seems to lack knowledge on the subject," JKLF chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik said.

He claimed that Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally-recognised disputed territory and said any delay or negligence in its resolution will prove as fatal for global peace and stability.

Hardline Hurriyat conference leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani described Mathai
