Seven including six juveniles held for various thefts

Seven persons, including six juveniles, have been arrested in connection with various thefts in the city, police today said.
Namakkal police superintendent S.R.Senthilkumar said a 19-year-old youth and six juveniles were arrested yesterday for allegedly being involved in various thefts.
Three mobile phones, gold jewellery and some clothes, totally valued at Rs three lakh, were seized from them.
While the youth has been lodged in the Trichengode sub-jail after being remanded to judicial custody, the others aged between 15-17, have been sent to a juvenile home, police added.
