Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today met former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee, with whom he had worked together earlier during his previous regime.
Pakistan officials termed it as a courtesy call. The Pakistan premiere spent few minutes at Vajpayee's residence.
Sharif also shared some fond memories of his association with Vajpayee with Home Minister Rajnath Singh, who accompanied him to the former prime minister's residence.
Vajpayee had undertaken a bus yatra to Lahore in 1999 as prime minister, after which a regular bus service between Lahore and Delhi was initiated.
