Former "Two and a Half Men" star Charlie Sheen's ex-fiancee has been granted a temporary restraining order against the actor after he allegedly threatened to pay USD 20,000 to have her "head kicked in".
Brett Rossi filed for an emergency stay-away order last week after Sheen's alleged threat, reported New York Daily News.
"Honestly, she's terrified. He said he was going to pay someone USD 20,000 to kill her. Lots of people might say, 'That's just Charlie being Charlie,' but we've lived through OJ. We don't take this as a joke," a source said.
50-year-old Sheen's lawyer Marty Singer said, "The TRO was obtained without notice to Charlie Sheen or his attorney. I believe it is the first time someone obtained an order based on a story in a tabloid.
