A plan in this regard will be finalised in consultation with all stakeholders,including prominent cultural organisations and the Markazi-Noor, Sheikh-ul-Alam Chair Kashmir University, Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs, Abdul Rahim Rather today said.
