Shekhawat also condemned the behaviour of JDA officials with MLA Diya Kumari, member of the erstwhile royal family.
"The behaviour of JDA officials with the MLA during the sealing of gates is condemnable," he said.
"A judicial inquiry should be ordered in the entire matter," he added.
The senior Congress leader said "the officials should behave properly with public representatives".
The police, on the other hand, did not give permission to members of Indian People's Green Party to hold a demonstration against JDA on ground of section 144 of CrPC which is in force in the area.
