Sinha, who is BJP Lok Sabha member from Patna Saheb, drove to the house of Ram Narayan Singh in Gaurichak locality of Patna. Singh is among the six who lost lives in Sunday's explosions ahead of Narendra Modi's rally.
"This is no way to lose life... The victims have paid the price for security lapses," Sinha told PTI after meeting family members of Ram Narayan Singh (65).
"It was an emotional scene meeting the family members of the victim," Sinha said sharing their grief.
Sinha, popularly known as "Bihari Babu", who had garlanded Narendra Modi on the dias during Sunday's rally in Patna in his Parliamentary Constituency, deplored the poor security arrangements made for such a big occasion.
"Planting of so many bombs in Gandhi Maidan in the heart of the town that too on the day of the rally is astonishing and points towards gross negligence of the security arrangement for the event," he said.
Sinha also visited BJP headquarters to pay respect to "Iron man" Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel on his 138th birth anniversary.
