Sidhu celebrates Women's Day with BSF's women soldiers

Punjab minister Navjot Singh Sidhu today observed International Women's Day with women soldiers of the Border Security Force (BSF) near the Indo-Pak border here.
Describing the BSF women soldiers as perfect role models, he said, "These girls are the pride of our nation. On Women's Day, I salute them and the way they do their duty."
The minister interacted with them and also asked about their inspirations.
"They are the top example of women empowerment and are capable enough to give a strong reply to any mischief by enemy at the border," Sidhu said.
He said that these bravehearts come from all over the country and face all tough conditions to serve the nation.
"They could have chosen any career but these girls chose the toughest one and they perform their duty with full commitment," Sidhu said.
