Sikkim govt appoints SC Gupta as Addl Chief Secretary

In an administrative reshuffle Sikkim government has appointed Suresh Chandra Gupta, principal secretary, Home department as additional chief secretary, official sources said today.
S K Shilai, secretary of the printing and stationaries department has been shifted to the Mines and Geology department, the sources said.
Additional Secretary, Health Department, C P Dhakal, has been transferred to Gangtok Municipal Corporation as Municipal Commissioner while Municipal Commissioner Anil Raj Rai has been transferred to Management and Development department as Additional Secretary, it added.
