The four-bedroom property is said to be up for sale for USD 20 million and boasts 18-foot ceilings and sweeping city and ocean views, reported the New York Post.
"It's a party pad, the ultimate bachelor pad. But Simon never moved in, and his life is about to change dramatically, so now he is looking for something different," a source said.
But the representatives for the 'X Factor' mogul refused to comment on the issue.
"Simon, who owns another Beverly Hills manse, is searching for a new, more family-friendly mansion to bring up his son," the source added.
