Media mogul Simon Cowell is reportedly selling his bachelor pad in Beverly Hills as he prepares to move into a more family-oriented home with his pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman.
The four-bedroom property is said to be up for sale for USD 20 million and boasts 18-foot ceilings and sweeping city and ocean views, reported the New York Post.
"It's a party pad, the ultimate bachelor pad. But Simon never moved in, and his life is about to change dramatically, so now he is looking for something different," a source said.
But the representatives for the 'X Factor' mogul refused to comment on the issue.
Lauren's divorce from husband Andrew Silverman was finalized last week.
"Simon, who owns another Beverly Hills manse, is searching for a new, more family-friendly mansion to bring up his son," the source added.
