The report was prepared at a review meeting of SIT officers here yesterday.

The name of O G Madanan, former Idukki district secretariat member, also figures in the list.

The charges against Mani are conspiracy and planning to murder.

The report is likely to be filed at the Judicial First Class Magistarte Court at Nedumkandam, about 45 km from here on Monday.

On June 5, police had registered a case against Mani on the basis of his disclosures during a speech at Thodupuzha that the Marxist party had drawn up a list of persons and allegedly eliminated three of them. Following his revelation the party had removed him from the post of district secretary.

On June 4, a case pertaining to murder of Ancheri Baby, who was shot dead on November 13, 1982 was registered by police against Mani and five others under Section 120(b) (punishment of criminal conspiracy) and Sect 118 (concealing the design to commit the crime).
