The suspects have used fraudulent papers and have also been accused of smashing down the boundary wall raised on the plot, SP Abhishek Jorwal said.
He said that Sanjay, Rajesh, Jayhind, Jasbir, Vijendra, and Sandeep, all hailing from different places, have been arrested for fraud, cheating, and damaging private properties.
Earlier on March 18, a Urban Estate resident Subhash had registered a complaint against the accused.
The complainant claimed that Abhimanyu's father Mitrasen Arya had bought the 1000 yard plot at Narwan More in 1965 in the name of his wife Parmeshwari Devi, resident of Rohtak.
