The incident happened at Kushwaha Nagar on Sunday night after the accused had an altercation with Niraj (32) after he "stared" at them, Banganga police station inspector Yogesh Singh Tomar said, adding they allegedly beat up Niraj with wooden sticks.
They are identified as Nitin Kashyap (24), Shyam Dashwant (23), Pawan Pal (23), Gyansingh Yadav (16), Hitesh Bhavsar (25) and Himanshu Kashyap (21) and are booked under section 302 (murder) of IPC.
