Smoke in Vasco express bogie; 2 hurt as passengers jump out

Passengers travelling in a general class compartment of the Vasco-bound express jumped on platform of Manmad railway station today on seeing smoke inside the bogie, just before the train was about to proceed.
Two women sustained minor injuries in the incident, police said.
As the Delhi-Vasco-da-Gama Express was awaiting signal to chug out, some passengers noticed smoke and jumped on platform in panic.
The train proceeded to its destination after the administration replaced the coach.
