Carrey attempts to show off his hip-hop credentials by "dropping mad rhymes" for Azalea in a mini-sketch, but is foiled by his own mouth.
The duo also preview all of the spooky hijinks that viewers can expect in honour of Halloween.
Carrey will be hosting for the third time this weekend, having last appeared on the sketch comedy series back in January 2011.
He is promoting the highly-anticipated comedy sequel 'Dumb and Dumber To'.
Azalea is expected to be joined by Mo for a performance of their new track 'Beg for It'.
