The couple are already parents to 19-month-old son Lorenzo but the 'Jersey Shore' star said she has been trying for some time to have her second baby, reported Us magazine.
"Jionni and I were trying to have our second baby since November, so every month we kept taking tests. I'm due in the fall around my wedding time. Busy year!," the 26-year-old star said.
Polizzi and Jionni, 26, got engaged in March 2012 and now they are planning to go ahead with the wedding despite pregnancy.
