The "Equals" star said she tries to stay off sites like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram as much as possible as she worries it would make her validate something very superficial in herself, reported Contactmusic.
"But you also become addicted to that hit by yourself and with yourself, every seven minutes or so, and you end up wasting so much time just validating something very superficial in yourself. It has definitely changed us," the 26-year-old actress said.
