"Some government officers in the hospitals speak in a very bad manner. I feel ashamed to say that some of the officers in South district say that hospitals there are only to save pig eaters," Caetan Silva, a Goa Vikas Party (GVP) MLA told the State Assembly today.
GVP is supporting BJP-led government with party's leader Fransisco Miccky Pacheco being a part of the state cabinet.
Silva, speaking on the Governor's address on the floor of the House, said that if required, he can even name the officer in the House.
Christians form 27 per cent of Goa's population.
