Sonia appoints new office-bearers for JK Cong

Congress President Sonia Gandhi today approved the list of office-bearers and executive committee members of the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress.
The Committee has one senior vice president, nine vice presidents, 19 general secretaries, 21 secretaries and 26 organising secretaries, seven publicity secretaries and a treasurer, a co-treasurer and a chief spokesperson along with a spokesperson.
The Congress president also approved a 64-member executive committee which will also have all former PCC presidents, MPs and ex-MPs, besides MLAs and MLCs as its permanent invitees.
While Sham Lal Sharma is the senior vice president, Krishan Kumar Amla is the new treasurer and Ravindedr Sharma will be the chief spokesperson.
