PCC chief Sukhdeo Bhagat today spoke to party's Hazaribagh LS seat nominee Sourav Narayan Singh about preparations following party president's visit, a party release said here.
Singh is facing challenge from BJP candidate Jayant Sinha, son of former external affairs minister Yashwant Sinha, and other candidates.
