An announcement was made in this regard by state Transport Minister G S Bali who said, "Sonia Gandhi has already confirmed that she will inaugurate the college. The programme will be attended by Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh and other prominent leaders of the state".
The first phase of the college has been completed with an amount of Rs 125 crore and classes have started, he said.
