SER bagged 188 points with 30 medals -- 13 gold, 7 silver and 10 bronze -- in the four-day competition which concluded here at IIT Indian School of Mines (ISM) last evening.
SER was followed by Central Railway Zone which got 106 points with 16 medals -- 4 gold, 4 silver and 8 bronze.
Northern and Western Railway were declared joint third with 98 points.
A Selvan of SER and Kalpana Rani of Nothern Railway were declared best men and women athletes respectively.
Selvan won gold in 100 and 200 mt race and silver in long jump while Kalpana clinched three gold in 200 mt race, long jump and triple jump.
